A return to your most natural self
I believe our bleed is a sacred cosmic portal where we are called to pause, make peace with & release the month before. As women we are connected to the magical & mystical realms through our monthly bleed. It is a sacred offering back into the cycle of all things & a tangible connection to Earth. Essentially what I have sensed through my own experience & what women in my life have shared with me in my bleeding years, is a common thread of a lack of space for Self to just be outside of life commitments and responsibility to others & the outside.
This is not to make this wrong, but to simply honour that there comes a time each month as Women where it is our turn to take space and turn inward. & so this space was created for exactly this reason, to honour this vital & essential need for space–a need that is so very easy to miss, and has gone on being missed for too long. When we honour our need for space when we need it, we open up to more acceptance, ease & trust in other parts of life & in relationships.
Each month as we descend as Women into the portal that is our bleed time, a powerful directional shift in energy takes place. This offering serves as a genuine support to let go of the noise of the world – no matter how dazzling, pretty, or how much we perceive another may need us – & take up the vital space that is aching to be taken. This is a space that supports a turning up on the song of your own heart, and a turning down of the noise.
You don’t need hours. Sometimes you may only have minutes to allow this transmission to pour into you, to give back in a way that you pour into the people in your life. It is a support, over time & space, of deepening into more trust, intuition, play, belief, slowness, gentleness and power within. This is a space to ensure more of us women wake up to the creative power that we naturally behold & birth, without having to try, to pretend or to hide. It is an offering of heartfelt integration of all of the parts of you & a returning to wholeness.
