Carve out your space where you will be spiraling into your body and voice each morning as you start the day.

Ideally you will start with Day 1 tomorrow morning when you wake up.

these practices have been received by women in bed, on a rug or yoga mat on the floor & on a spare patch of grass.

these practices can also be done at any time of day so trust that when the space presents you can also drop in and get what you need. trust your timing

it is structured and organised here for 3 days but truthfully its a space that can stretch as far as it needs to for you, so try to see it as just the way it is organised here for simplicity.

the womb always wants to move us into a more timeless & true place for ourselves, and so here we honour that completely.


a side-note

for mamas x

for me as a mama i make this possible through my dear husband before he goes off to his full time job in the mornings so that I can fully drop in, ideally starting at least 3 mornings this way is ideal in this time of my life.

The audios & practices are very child and baby friendly, & so if there are children in the room that is more than okay. Consider everything that happens in the time of your session a part of your process of moving toward your intentions for how you wish to be within your body & life. My daughter Grace responds beautifully to these practices, and always has magical messages from spirit to share with me when I drop-in in this way.


STEP 3:

Locate your optional music playlist for the days ahead, in order to continue to be support to anchor deeper throughout your day after the practices have been completed (ideally upon waking). This is just extra cushioning & support to really create a sense of a ceremony space in your home & is not mandatory listening!

Day 2

I return to the known, and gently expand into expression.


Day 3

Womb (26min) + Voice (22min) + Body Listening (12.5min)

total time: 1 hr, 0.5 mins

I trust my body. I receive from within. I spiral home.
