3 month container to support your transformation, your truth and most potently, your integration.
The nature of my work is rooted in wholeness, slowness and sustainability to allow the integration to actually happen in support, utilising my lived-experience as a creative, astrologer & yoga practitioner but mostly just as a human being. The pace is slow, steady, and sustainable, setting up a framework and a rhythm that lays a stable ground for shifts to take place. Within these information overloaded times, there is a subtle favouring of the light–what happens in the day, what is visible, the parts of Self that we choose to present. But what happens in the night when the world falls dark & silent is just as important, what is just kept for Self. What happens when it is just you & the mirror.

Session 3, Month 3 - Integration Session 2 (In the second package this encompasses an Empowerment Photoshoot)
The intention of these sessions is to support a return to power within, to deepen in trust in the unfolding & the unknown of your life. Creativity is not seperate from everyday life, magic always awaiting in the micro moments and the details the give the context for these moments. These sessions support you to more deeply listen to and learn your own natural rhythms, and therefore to reconnect with your own creative process, mediums and life. Making more space for creativity and play.
