BLOOMPRESS WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHY AGREEMENT

This is more than just photography—it’s about capturing the magic, the quiet moments, the laughter, and the love that makes your wedding uniquely yours. Below are the details to make sure we’re all aligned and ready to create beautiful memories together.
1. Your Wedding Details
Couple: Violet Hastings &
Wedding Date: 2nd May 2026
Location(s): Eagles Rest Valla
Coverage: 6 hours of photography
2. Investment & Payment
Package Price: $2,200 for 6 hours of coverage.
Additional Hours: Any extra hours, including editing beyond the included 6 hours, are billed at $110/hour.
Deposit: A non-refundable 25% deposit ($550) secures your date.
Balance: Remaining $1,650 due 2 weeks before your wedding day.
3. What You’ll Receive
A sneak peek of your wedding photos within 72 hours of your special day.
A full gallery of high-resolution, beautifully edited images delivered within [insert timeframe, e.g., 4–6 weeks].
4. Cancellation & Refunds
The deposit is non-refundable.
If the wedding is cancelled less than 30 days before the date, the remaining balance is due.
5. Photography Rights
Bloompress retains the copyright to all images.
You’ll receive a personal, non-exclusive license to enjoy, print, and share your photos.
With your permission, Bloompress may share your images in portfolios, social media, or marketing materials.
6. Liability
Bloompress is not responsible for circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather, illness).
