As of December 2020 & hereafter, "Client" enters into the following agreement with Bloompress, hereafter referred to as "photographer." This contract constitutes the entire agreement between both parties & will apply to all future transactions.

A. SESSION FEE

Client agrees to pay photographer session fee of chosen photography package, with a 50% deposit made at time of returning this contract. The remaining balance is to be paid anywhere between 2 weeks & the day before the shoot. This fee covers time & talent of photographer, natural retouching & creative editing of images, as determined by photographer & a digital gallery of images at the agreed package amount.

B. TRAVEL COSTS & LOCATION FEES

If there are any costs/fees associated with clients chosen shoot location, client is fully responsible for these fees.

Travel anything over 1 hours drive will incur travel fees. Client agrees to fully cover costs of travel (ie: fuel, plane tickets, toll fees) for anything over 1 hour.

C. CIRCUMSTANCES

If an illness or situation (ie crazy weather if location is outside) prevents a photo session from taking place, client may reschedule at least 24 hours prior (in the case of illness) without penalty. Should client fail to give 24 hours notice, or decide to completely cancel the shoot, this session fee is forfeited & not refunded. Photographer reserves the right to reschedule due to illness, weather, equipment malfunction, or other circumstances beyond their control.

D. PROOFS

Proofing of clients images will be available for viewing within 2-3 weeks of photo session in a password protected web gallery. Within the week following, photographer will make final changes before gallery is available for download.

E: MODEL RELEASE

Through working with the Photographer, you give permission that Photographer may display images on her website: www.bloompress.com.au & across social media & promotional online outlets.

F: COPYRIGHT

Photographer retains full copyrights to all images created during client's session. If images are posted on social media or across the web, the client agrees to credit the photographer with the appropriate handle: @bloompress. Client buys the rights to full usage for the purpose agreed upon purchase of photographers shoot service. (Please note Client never owns the copyright).

G: HEALTH & SAFETY

Photographer is not liable for any injuries inflicted on the client(s) due to natural causes. Clients are responsible for their own safety & the safety of their children whilst working with the photographer.

H: CONTENT CREATION SUBSCRIPTIONS

The client agrees that photography content creation subscriptions are binding for a 3 month term, with a month to month subscription basis agreed upon thereafter.

If the client wants to terminate the agreement, they can do so after the 3 month initial period with 1 month notice to Bloompress.
