Candle + Lighter
Space the size of a yoga mat + any cushions or comfort you may need
Water bottle and an optional cup of tea
Dark and full moon - optional smoke cleanse aka palo santo or sage or rosemary / heat proof bowl
approx minimum of 30 minutes where you won’t be disturbed — night time after the children are in bed is a favourite for me
20-30 minutes of this time will be the audio recording, 10 minutes will be time for you to do as you need afterward–whether that’s more journaling, drawing, moving your body, having a cup of tea, just resting, looking at the moon (if it’s a phase and evening where the moon is visible and weather conditions permit).
