Therein lies your greatest Gift back.

Courageously moving through the Wound,
In Love–Together.

Silently Affirm

Today & all days,
I pray to listen to my body’s wise call
To lean back into myself
To always courageously hear
My most natural longing.
To hear my own nature–
My true nature.

I pray to remember
In my darkest hours
That to stay in Love,
All I have to do is
Relax into myself
& know that everything that comes from
My most natural Self,
Is the medicine I am here to embody
First for myself,
& then as medicine for others
& Sustenance for Mother Earth.

Thank you,
I love you (to Spirit)
I love you (to Nature)
I love you (to Self).

& to Body
I am so proud of you
You are so beautiful
Thank you for always holding me
& for all that you do for me
So that I may continue breathing.

& as long as I have breath
I am here to love you.
