This is a container that moves differently to the modern times of rushing, forcing & pushing, nurturing a more heartfelt, slow and trusting relationship with yourself, your own unique way of being. It is an investment in which fosters a deep trust, love & belief in your own authentic way of being & creating - which will look different to anyone else, even from me. 

It is an internal pilgrimage that is not for the faint hearted but it is real, true, and you are supported every step of the way. It is a sustainable foundation for life, building the internal scaffolding & safety in order to thrive in all that you meet in life, not just your business or brand. It’s a space where the deep dreams, visions & knowings that have always been with you are gifted the transformational ground to take root upon.

Together we walk side by side with the natural cycles & rhythms of nature, as I support you in your returning to Self. It is my honour & privilege to hold your hand as you bring your visions forward into the physical. To deeply listen, to lovingly reflect, to be in connection together & at times to gentle challenge. This process together supports a radical responsibility within Self, as well a slower, more gentle way of being that allows space for Spirit & vitality to move through. 

We move slowly, deliberately & in reciprocity, to allow enough space for the necessary integration & learnings of Self to take place without agenda or control. This work tends to the fullness of the cycle, from the root systems, to the tree trunk all the way up to the branches of your life. 

 HOW I WORK

I am slow, deliberate and deep in my listening to the process. For the first half of the container together not much 'doing' happens, instead plenty of sitting together in space to allow the parts that wish to find expression to speak. I find that it is in this agenda-less space that an opportunity opens up for your story to be heard & for a deeper integration to take place. One that normal everyday life does not often allow space & time for. 

This spaciousness & leaning back also allows me to understand and listen to your heart, your truth and everything in between. It allows the time for a sustainable foundation to be built as I move with the whole & invite all the different parts of the natural process of life to be invited in. I will be honest and say this is not always comfortable & is a different way to the usual hustle content creation culture. I believe that when we are true to our internal pace, over the noise of the world or what everyone is doing, it speaks for itself.

I work with the belief that we are all more than just our gifts & offerings. In light of this, I tend to the balance, within a culture that is on 24/7. Working with me will always highlight where resourcing & rest may be needed in life in order to stay the path & true timeline. In these spaces I will be guided and often creative attunements can often take place. 

Each 1:1 space is so unique as everyone brings their own magic. I am open to being humbled in each new transformation container.
