I am Jessi Simpson, multi-dimensional creative, women’s photographer & multi media publisher based on gumbaynggirr country in the Coffs Coast of NSW.
I am not sure if you remember me, but you have in recent years kindly published my astrology readings through astrology forecasting in Wellbeing Wild Magazine, as well as then going on to channel Astrology Insights Guide.
I later on, In may of 2022, felt to touch base with you (Janice) around a potential book 2 follow up Astro Insights Guide. at that time, i felt (and still feel) it will go on to be a vital support system for these times, especially to women:
a magazine style
feminine embodiment guide
through the lenses of the Earth, the cycles, astrology goddesses & mythology magic.
As women we have lost our ways of circle, of ritual and of ceremony. I envision a magazine style coffee table book that navigates love, loss, connection to our true internal cycles & our own essence as women. It is a revolutionary transmission of reclamation and healing our rites of passage.
It is a book about love (union and partnership), beauty and a more gentle way that is available to every one of us, through the lens of earth based healing and medicines, as well as the Path of Venus (the relational path of love) and her extensions of energy which are very much rising in these times- the Asteroids which are connected to the ancient mythology and stories of the feminine goddesses.
It would be a continuum from first book which had 8 chapters and 4 experiential aimed to help bring in a deeper connection to nature and self through Earth based ritual and practices. This creation would be a curated transmission from start to finish with the help of your incredible design team and support. in may of 2022 felt another publication in me and emailed Janice about it, to which she replied with enthusiasm that she would get back to me. And then life went on & my life unfolded in ways to bring this original proposal to life:
I have spent the last 4 years in a deep passage navigating grief & loss through my motherline, and am now emerging with my transmission. I would love to offer you 3-month free access to the transmission that I am creating, In Her Blood – held within the portal section of this website, in order to see the quiet revolutionising of how I am delivering content centred in true healing.
I would also like to look at an exclusive offer of an online aspect of the experience for readers to enjoy as well. Such as a pdf interactive meditative & immersive multi-media journey download to go with the book, perhaps offering even an access or discount code to readers.
I would love to also create photography and co-create art for the magazine with my incredible womens work and photography that captures and holds feminine essence. I would also be dancing with potential collaborations such as with artist Danielle Noel Art & some naturopath and herbalist sisters of mine that would love to contribute to the weaving of this creation.
Timelines
I am willing to create the space through the wintertime while I am at home mothering my daughter. I feel i have the learnings, the embodiment and the resources in this time to bring this creation into fruition.
And so for this I ask for 3 moon cycles (months) of co-creation time
And 3 months of integration and refinement time
Within 6 months I feel I will be able to align the authentic creative connections in order to ensure full blooming.

+ $11,000 – 6 Months of Creation and integration and first print run
50% now – 25% halfway – 25% upon completion
+ A fair % of royalties &/or payment per each new print run
why this book? why in this time?
there is a much more empowered embodiment of feminine energy accessible and available to all through the willingness to access, as well as find the courage to own our humanity and live the truth of our own essence.
Through my mothers near-death journey with blood cancer, the loss of my maternal grandmother, and then just a year later, the birth of my daughter, Grace. For as long as I can remember, this topic of women healing their relationship with the feminine line is one I have a deep and lived passion for. As a pre teen & early teenager, I was hungry to learn about initiation! About my body and how it changes in a lifetime, and about creation and evolution. I have always loved creating experiences for people through the healing & performing arts, as well as through multi-media creation. This began with making short films at home and editing them together to make my family laugh on special occasions. And just recently, it was me creating the videos to honour my grandparents lives for their funeral, one of which I sung a song while my partner played guitar.
Over the last 2 years I have cultivated deep knowledge and experience in this field through my creative transformation 1:1 and group work.
When it comes down to it, this is a book about how our own stories and the stories of our mothers & daughters shape us as women–empowering healing and new connections, through teaching a new way to share and allow our own personal stories to be heard in these times.
