A traditional practice interweaving mantra, pranayama & asana all together into stillness & subtle movement. Challenging in its simplicity & invigorating in it’s guidance, this practice is a perfect one if you have been feeling a little all over the place within your mind, a practice to calm activated states of being to bring the nervous system back into rest & restore so that healing may happen.
